The City of Tuscaloosa sought public feedback on a project to address pedestrian needs and improve intersections on University Boulevard East.

The proposed project includes intersection improvements, resurfacing, sidewalk installation, underground utilities, lighting and other roadway improvements along University Boulevard East from Arcadia Drive to Redmont Drive.

A public involvement meeting was held on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at the Tuscaloosa Gateway, located at 2614 University Boulevard East. Public comments were accepted through July 18, 2024 online, in writing, by phone and by email.
